Netflix is bringing plenty of new titles to keep viewers binge-watching as Halloween season starts. There are dozens of new movies and TV shows releasing on the streaming service in October 2019.

Families can sit down with new Netflix originals like “The Spooky Tale of Captain Underpants Hack-a-ween,” “Carmen Sandiego” Season 2 and “Greenhouse Academy” Season 3. For a throwback, parents can show their kids “The Rugrats Movie” and “Rugrats in Paris.”

With Halloween season in full swing, Netflix has plenty to put viewers in the spooky spirit. Classics like “Scream 2” and “Men in Black” start streaming in October. Creepy Netflix original movies include “In the Tall Crass,” based on a Stephen King novella, and “Fractured,” a horror flick about a shady ER. Plus, Netflix is adding new seasons of “Peaky Blinders,” “Haunted” and “Creeped Out.”

The streaming service also has a few other long-awaited titles. Anna Todd readers will be happy to see “After” release later this month after debuting in theaters last spring. Emmy-nominated comedy “Schitt’s Creek” Season 5 will also start streaming. “Shine On With Reese,” the docu-series featuring Reese Witherspoon interviewing influential women, will also hit Netflix in October.
